268P Effects of aroma lymphatic tressage on lower extremity edema by taxane-based chemotherapy and quality of life in patients with breast cancer

Generalized edema is one of the most common side effects docetaxel treatment and hazard quality life in patients with breast cancer. Although damage lymphatic endothelial cells considered as mechanism effects, no standard has been established to relieve symptoms other than diuretics. This study was designed evaluate usefulness Aroma Trissage (ALT) program improving (psychological stability) along alleviation lower extremity after Study conducted on 37 cancer who visited center at Korea University Anam hospital from January 2021 March 2022.
